SECTION 1 - REFUNDS
Your complete satisfaction is of prime importance to us and we want you to have confidence when ordering with Notre Fleur. All our hatbox compositions are handmade and we do our best endeavours to get them posted out the following working day or any nominated day by you.
In the unlikely event that you do have a complaint about a product that you had delivered by us, then we will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please email support@notrefleur.co.uk or call 02079711492 immediately. We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered.
* We are unable to offer a refund on food items, flowers or plants.
SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@notrefleur.co.uk and send your item to 51 Queenswood Court Kings Avenue, London, SW4 8EB, United Kingdom.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
